annotation track counts for all displayed features on alignment

The groovy feature counter example computes a track showing the sum of features of a particular type at each position in an alignment. Whilst the extensibility is useful for custom calculations, the feature counting interface isn't efficient when generating multiple annotation tracks from a set of feature types.
