Selected region on annotation row doesn't move with row

Noticed with the stockholm file example, when annotations are sorted by label:
- select a range on an annotation row, then drag its label to reorder
- the row moves but the selection highlight doesn't (it now appears to be on a different sequence)
- however in fact the selection is still associated with the moved sequence, as can be seen by performing an action on it e.g. set RNA helix
