Description
If 'sort annotation by' options are enabled to place autocalculated annotation before manual annotation, and then a new annotation row is created something confusing happens.
1. after hitting OK to create the row, the annotation is inserted in the first row of the panel.
* the height of the panel isn't adjusted to make all the rows visible.
2. If the user then selects a portion of the new row to interactively annotate, Jalview immediately sorts the annotations.
* sorting moved the interactively created annotation to the bottom of the panel, and since the panel height wasn't adjusted it was obscured.
* red highlights are not shown in the right place.
this basically makes the first step in interactive annotation creation unusable.
