      Description

      CDS fractional distributions computed by the complement consensus are computed based on all available protein coding relationships for a set of aligned proteins: including both CDS-relationships from the originating locus, and all coding transcripts. This can skew CDS distributions.

      TBC - need a real world example of issue (originally observed due to start/end bug in JAL-2154)
