addSequence can add a duplicate in alignment dataset

      Description

      Load examples/uniref50.fa, select a sequence, copy, add to this alignment.
      The sequence's dataset sequence is duplicated in the dataset sequence.

      Reason: method Alignment.addSequence() doesn't check whether it is already in the dataset.

      No idea if this causes any manifest problems, but recording it as I came across it in the code.
