Cannot open context menus via CTRL+Click on OSX MacBookPro

      Description

      Hi,

      When I use my MacBook Pro running 10.9.5, and the latest Jalview, I am unable to see the Jalview contextual menus. Previously I saw them when I pressed command-click. Typically Mac programs respond to control-click to simulate right button. Did functionality change, or did Java change?
