Description
Jalview normally assumes that the sequence in a structure file defines how that file should be associated - e.g. by pairwise alignment to a target sequence.
However, the result of a fold recognition exercise is often one or more template/target alignments, and set of PDB files named according to the template PDB structures, but with atoms from the target sequence. Here, the alignment between target and each model is given by each template's mapping to the target sequence, and it may be most useful to visualise the model by associating it to the aligned template sites, rather than the target.
