allow the randomly chosen RNA helix colour palette to be saved and restored

      Description

      Sequence ID colours from a group subdivision and RNA helix shading schemes are selected at random. Whilst sequence ID colours are saved, either in annotation files, biojson, and project files, RNA helix colours are not - which means it is currently not possible to return to an alignment saved with RNA Helix colouring applied and have it shaded the same way.
