cannot specify chain code when entering specific PDB id for sequence

      Description

      The 'Enter PDB ID' mode for the 3D Structure ... dialog doesn't allow a chain code to be specified, which means that there is no way to work around JAL-1281 and manually specify that the same sequence can map to several chains in a particular PDB structure.
