Menu item Calculate | Translate cDNA to be enhanced:
1) reword as 'translate as cDNA'
2) should result in a split pane view of the original DNA and its protein translation, with linked editing
3) should (as at present) operate on the whole alignment or current selection (if any)
4) should facilitate translation of coding subset of DNA (e.g. via selection by feature CDS)
