Description
When annotation for a query sequence is added to an alignment, it is useful to be able to hide any columns corresponding to insertions to the query sequence.
This can be safely implemented as an imperative statement in the alignment annotation file, and would allow both applet and application to support visualisation of Jpred4 alignments with insertions to the query sequence hidden automatically.
