Switching to RNA Helices colouring doesn't propagate to structures

      Description

      When a structure is linked to a sequences in an alignment window with RNA annotation and RNA Helices colouring is selected, the structure view doesn't get updated. It only changes when something happens to affect the colouring or 'Colour by sequence' is reselected in the structure view's colour menu.
