InstallAnywhere reports cannot find valid JVM when Java 1.7_055 is available

      Description

      InstallAnywhere 2013 installer without JRE seems to not recognise Java 1.7.

      This could be a permissions issue. Will release 2.8.1, and fix after for 2.8.2
