Description
Many Jalview users prefer MEGA for performing phylogenetic analysis, but employ Jalview for annotation and figure generation. Jalview should facilitate this workflow by supporting the various MEGA alignment file formats.
A variety of mega files seem to be available.
Simple flatfile is here (search for MEGA interleaved/sequential) :

An example of a more sophisticated '.meg' file, which is probably the most useful format, is here:
