finer range control in redundancy filter for 100% identical and 0<1% range

Spawned by JAL-1340 - currently, the redundancy filter removes sequences that have 0<=r<=100 identity to another sequence of equal or greater length in the alignment. The slider, however, does not currently allow removal of sequences that have identities between 0 and 1%, or between 99 and 100%. Additional controls could be provided to specify <= or < for the redundancy range.
