> I have a problem when I attempt to remove redundancy. I select all of my sequences then click Remove Redundancy... The control window comes up set to 100, and no sequences are flagged. But when I decrease the cutoff with the slider, sequences are flagged as they should be, but when I return to 100, sequences are now flagged. I'm not sure which sequences are related by 100%? And if there is any redundancy.
Playing with the Redundancy slider revealed the following:
* when the slider is first opened, no sequences are highlighted until the slider is touched, even if identical sequences exist under the current alignment.
* returning the slider to 100% after reducing it leaves some sequences highlighted - which is the confusion which Mark remarks on
* moving slider to 0% highlights all sequences for exclusion - is this useful ?
