Sort-by substitutions in a region

Selecting a column or set of columns in an alignment, and right-clicking presents the user with the option of ordering the sequences by the symbols contained in the selection (ie grouping sequences with the same residue at a particular position).

This is a short-cut that yields the same result as building a tree on the selection and then ordering by its leaves.
