Sort by popup menu for sequence / current selection

A 'Sort by' menu entry in the alignment window popup menu could be used for a number of things:
1. Sorting the current selection (in place)
2. Using the current context to apply a sort to the whole alignment
i. sort by PID/Blosum/etc... sorts alignment relative to current sequence (region)
ii. sort by annotation uses current sequence associated annotation to order alignment.
