      Description

      Alignment analysis workers that generate results that depend on the results of other worker threads need to be automatically restarted when their dependent data changes.

      Target example of this is the RNAalifold service - if enabled, the secondary structure annotation it calculates may be used by the StructConsensus worker thread to visualize base-pair distributions for the predicted structure.
