Multi-harmony analysis cannot be run when only two groups created

      Description


      I was just playing with "Analysis->Multi-Harmony" in JV, though with
      an DNA alignment.
      When I make two groups of 2 sequences via right-click->Group->Edit
      name, i have two groups (i think and it looks like it), but when I try
      to run Multi-Harmony I get "need at least 2 groups". Not sure why. I
      was thinking, may an >2 or >= thing.
