extract RMSDs from Jmol superposition of alignment

      Description

      When using the Jmol->Align menu option to superpose structures based on an alignment, it would be great if Jalview captured the RMSD values written to the console and presented it somehow.

      Parsing or processing the structure alignment to compute a difference matrix that could be used to make a tree or PCA would be even better !
