import and export database cross references via Stockholm format

      Description

      the Stockholm format includes support for annotating sequences with database cross references, such as PDB IDs. See example from Pfam such as PF00111.

      Patches are needed to preserve database references for sequences when round-tripping between Jalview's database import, stockholm export and re-import.
