use pdb ID code in place of datafile when processing structure with Annotate3d service

      Description

      If the user has retrieved a structure from the PDB directly from Jalview (or apparently via the presence of valid PDB header) then the ID should be passed to structure web services like the RNAView Annotate3d service that can take PDB codes in lieu of raw PDB data to make processing more efficient.
