Jmol views with multiple structures not always loaded from project

Noticed when debugging the JAL-1022 and JAL-1025 issue. Jmol dump seems to have changed so that instead of a series of consecutive 'load append' statements, the load statement is followed by a series of '/*file*/ "filename1.pdb" /*file*/ "filename2.pdb"' ... .
