      When the example file (http://www.jalview.org/examples/exampleFile_2_7.jar) is loaded, data is shown correctly, but the structure in the Jmol view is not linked to its associated sequence in the alignments, only the PDB|1A70 sequence shown in the 'Spinach Feredoxin Structure' view.
