      Description


      PDBEntry objects containing filepaths for files retrieved from online database or from jalview project files do not use a platform independent and properly escaped representation of the filename, resulting in mapping problems between files loaded into Jmol and associated sequences, and when multiple structures are loaded into a Jmol window at once.
