view all structures fails with exception shown in structure view

      Description

      Step 1. load http://www.jalview.org/examples/exampleFile_2_7.jar
      Step 2. Close existing structure view
      Step 3. Select all sequences in view and select 'View all 2 structures'.

      Result: Progress bar is shown, then Jmol view opens with exception shown in red text.
