Description
There are a number of issues with the basic implementation of the Jalview desktop windows.
A better implementation would provide:
sorting of windows by dataset (tabs)
Tiling and other arrangements.
Pinned-alignment windows that are relocated correctly when the window resizes (keeping their position relative to the top or the bottom of the window area, as appropriate, and ensuring none are obscured at any size).
