Description
The 2 links on the menu bar 'Usage Statistics and 'Service Status' are both really of interest to administrators rather than visitors.
Plus when you hit them they dont open a web page as one might expect but instead they activate a process. There is often quite a delay before the results are available. By then the visitor is most likely moved onto other pages, thinking that the link is inactive.
I wonder if on top level of the menu there should be a new button saying something like 'admin'.
Then this then links to these 2 links/buttons, which are on a lower level analogous to the pages of the manual.
