Upgrade JABAWS for DRMAA v2 compatibility

      Description

Tested running Apache Tomcat 8.5.20 with Java 1.8.0_144 on the new GJB c6320s nodes (CentOS 7.3). The nodes are running Univa Grid Engine which implements DRMAA version 2 (http://www.drmaa.org/).

Current JABAWS is implemented to work with DRMAA's API v1. I am not sure how substantial the changes needed are to make JABAWS compatible...

The immediate errors when running only cluster mode are:
"com.sun.xml.internal.ws.fault.ServerSOAPFaultException: Client received SOAP Fault from server: Could not initialize class compbio.engine.cluster.drmaa.ClusterRunner Please see the server log to find more detail regarding exact cause of the failure."
