jnet job queues forever if a very short sequence is submitted for prediction

Submitting a very short sequence for prediction by the Jnet server causes a web services dialog box to open and queue forever:

e.g.:

The sequence is too short for the service client to submit, but instead of popping up a warning dialog, the service poll thread becomes a zombie.
