specify annotation shading defaults for particular annotation rows

Default shading colourschemes, including thresholds and styles for shading the alignment annotation row and alignment (in addition to a simple min/max colour introduce with JAL-234) could be specified for particular annotation rows, using the annotation row name in a similar way to the per type feature shading settings.
