Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Load alignment
2. associate local pdb file with sequence in alignment
3. open Jmol view on pdb file.
4. save project.
5. load project into new Jalview.
Effect: PDB filename is replaced by the filename of a temporary pdb file that jalview created when the project was loaded.
