consensus sequence for a single sequence is not calculated

Consensus annotation and consensus colouring applied to an alignment or group containing just one sequence results in a 0% consensus for all positions, and a lack of colouring. This is counterintuitive, since a consensus of one entity is simply that entity, and causes unexpected unconserved regions in alignments which are shaded by group consensus that include groups with just one sequence.
