scrollTo row and column alignment scrolling functions

In addition to a 'scrollTo(x,y)' function, the javascript api needs to support 'show a particular column' or 'show a particular row' in the current view, for situations where mouse overs or other actions involve a column or row of the viewport rather than a specific sequence and position.
