      Description

      Examples introduced with JAL-815 include paths to jar files specific to a particular Jalview release, such as the particular Jmol version that Jalview was developed against. A new ant target is needed that generates a set of distribution ready example files with the the correct filenames inserted for html files, and any necessary dependent jars properly staged in the correct location.
