      Description

      Currently, Jalview works out the scale range for an imported annotation row based on the given range of values in the annotation row. This means that annotation with different ranges can appear the same because they are scaled differently. Annotation rows exported or imported into Jalview should include an indication of the allowed range of values for quantitative data.
