deleted autocalculated alignment annotation cannot be recovered

in earlier versions of jalview, autoannotation like consensus and quality of alignment were automatically created for any newly opened project or view. The resolution of JAL-799 resulted in this behaviour being disabled, meaning that once the consensus, quality or conservation row is deleted, it cannot be recovered by saving and loading the project again, or creating a new view. New menu entries/gui switches are needed to easily add such annotation rows back in to a view.
