      Description

      The released version of Jalview's webstart file must include the standard file associations, ensuring that any old file associations that previous versions of Jalview installed are properly updated. Currently, these are not included in the webstart file.

      The web site could also be extended to allow alternate jalview jnlps to be launched - one with and one without filetype associations.
