      Although the attached alignment contains 421 columns, the Alignment Properties menu in Jalview indicates that there are only 420. I'm using version 2.6.1 on Mac OS X 10.6.5.

      This isn't a big deal, but I thought I should let you know.

      Thanks for making Jalview available. I've found it to be indispensable.
