support import of serialised, mime-encoded data from web or flatfile

Mime-encoded archives are convenient ways of exchanging sets of files via email or over HTTP. Since MIME encoded files are typed, it would be possible for Jalview to import and correctly identify the type of each flatfile as either annotation, alignment, trees or sequence associated data (e.g. a PDB file) and act accordingly.
