provide a 'last used' parameter set entry in the JABA menu

A last used parameter set for each service would make it easier to run several msa jobs. This set could be stored as a volatile preset that can be modifed using the gui dialog box, and is always updated to contain the last settings used for a job.

Should also consider if it is useful to store the last used parameter set in preferences. In that case, a default 'last used' parameter set store will need to be created.
