Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. inport 1fdx;1fdn;1fxd from PDB
2. align with two different methods (I used clustal w with default or with lower gap penalties (3 for opening, 0.05 for extension)
3. open a structure view for one alignment and add all structures to it.
4. repeat 3 for the other alignment - cpu usage will hit 100% before the strucutre gets fully aligned. Jalview needs to be killed to resume.
