Description
The GFF format has no mechanism for specifying feature appearance. A 'GFF' statement could be introduced to the jalview features format to allow a Jalview feature colour specification to be followed by a GFF file, making it easier for users to upload GFF data complete with jalview feature colours/render order for the defined annotation.
