update and test jalviewLite deployment documentation to Java6 'next generation plugin' standards

The 'next generation java plugin' provides a number of advantages over older applet runtime environments, including some client side javascript that makes it easier to create applet tags with the most appropriate settings for the browser/java environment where the applet is being run.

New applet example pages should be generated that take advantage of these mechanisms, and tested across a set of representative browser/platforms. Once tested, these examples should be published at www.jalview.org/examples/applets.html, with a link to the 'old' pages for people with pre java 1.6_u10 plugins.
