provenance - display alignment program and any options used in the alignment properties window

if the JWS2 services were used to make an alignment, the service and its parameters should be recorded. Ideally, the actual program (logical name of method and version of binary used) should also be recorded, since these directly relate to the interpretation of the service's parameters, too.
