Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. import sequences from clipboard onto desktop (popup menu from desktop background)
2. load on some features.
3. set an alignment going.
4. modify feature settings in new alignment window, or original cut'n'paste window.
5. Click in other window - displayed features change immediatly (Feature settings are shared by both, and the click refreshes the sequencerenderer and it updates the visible view with new feature settings).
