Alignment and selection left/right justify with undo

Left/right justify a region or all of an alignment is a useful edit operation. Whilst the alignment object has a 'justify' method, it needs to be generalised to allow justifys to be done on a small region of the alignment, and to also generate a set of jalview.command objects to enable the operation to be undone.
