Description
A prototype sequence logo was implemented in September 2009, overlaid on to the consensus annotation for the alignment.
This needs to be refined:
1. introduce calculation and rendering to applet
2. user controls for display of histogram bars, sequence logo, or both histogram and logo.
3. implement for consensus row for sequence groups.
4. switch to allow inclusion/exclusion of gaps in fraction calculation
5. switch to display/output percentages or raw counts of each symbol.
6. Refine tabular output to allow logo to be exported as a profile matrix where rows are symbols and columns are alignment positions.
7. Import of arbitrary logo annotation rows.
