Description
Open an alignment and apply a colour scheme.
Open Colour -> By Conservation and a popup frame appears (with title starting "Conservation Colour")
The frame says "Enter %identity above which to colour residues" and presents a slider/number box ranging from 0 to 100.
This should say "Enter conservation value above which to colour residues" with a discrete slider/number box with integers 0 to 9.
Also, sliding the current slider (0 to 100) gives a continuous change in transparency to colour -- this suggests to me the calculation is not based on a 0-9 integer value, although it is doing something different to "Colour -> Above Identity Threshold"
I think the actual Conservation threshold colouring can be performed with Colour -> By Annotation... and then choose "Conservation" and "Above Threshold". This frame's slider/number box then goes from 0 to 11.
